With Cuba checked off our bucket list, my husband  and I and two good friends set our sights on Portugal. In May of 2019 we traveled for 10 glorious days photographing iconic sights in Lisbon, Porto and the Douro River Valley. We marveled at the beauty before us from the architecture to the lush countryside. The only unfavorable experience were the throngs of tourists everywhere we traveled. Of course, as serious photographers, we did not include ourselves in this category!
